In 2023, when the Kings Cross Steelers were designing our new alternate kit, we wanted to take a stand against the exclusion of trans players in rugby. We’ve proudly worn this alternate kit in games across Essex, the UK, Amsterdam, and at the 2024 Bingham Cup in Rome. Now, it’s your turn to help increase visibility for trans players within the sport.
We are now selling the jersey to raise money for Mermaids & The Terrance Higgins Trust. £10 from every purchase of the Trans Pride Rugby Jersey will be split between our charity partners.

The charity’s vision is to strive for a future where there are no new cases of HIV and where people living with HIV get the support they need. Our donation will support their work with Trans, non-binary and gender diverse people who often find they are left out of mainstream information relating to health and wellbeing.
